CA Fastigheter AB with its more than subsidiaries constitutes the real estate business of the CA group. During our years we have build up a mixed portfolio of properties which we try to develop and improve based on a long-term investment perspective. The business is mainly focused to Sweden. Beside Sweden investments has been made in a number of European countries over the years. For the time being CA has investments primarly in Sweden and Germany.

COMPANY INTRODUCTION

The property portfolio is a mix of residential, office, retail and warehouse buildings indicating that the CA group prefers a diversified portfolio, not being too ­dependent on a specific segment. The total income producing area amounts to approx. , sqm with a yearly rental income of approx. 72 MEUR. Including property development and sales of properties the ­total turn over for was MEUR.

    Mr. de Chateau is a founding partner and the Chairman and CIO of Alma Property Partners. Mr. de Chateau’s primary role at Alma Property Partners is to lead the real estate investment activities including developing investment strategies, establishing partnerships and deal origination. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate investments and transactions in the Nordic marknad. Prior to founding Alma Property Partners, Mr. dem Chateau was co-founder and CEO of Sveafastigheter, a leading Nordic private equity real estate company, and he fryst vatten one of the most successful private equity real estate investors in the Nordic real estate market.

    During his ten years at Sveafastigheter, Mr. de Chateau raised capital for and managed three successful Nordic real estate funds with combined equity capital of € million. Mr. dem Chateau produced a net leveraged IRR of 22% from Sveafastigheter’s first real estate fund, Sveafastigheter land I, which focused on real estate investments in Sweden, ranks as one of the top performing real estate funds ever in the Preqin database.
